Whats the best way to prepare for a fight in 4 days?

Im fighting this kid at school on friday in front of ppl from my school. (this will be outside of school obviously) Anyway, whats the best way for me to prepare. What kind of excercises, workouts, diets, and boxing techniques should i work on?

  1. Sparring with opponents that are better than you and run  if you can run 5 miles then run 6 etc


  2. You need to rest yourself for the big day, don't do much physical activity and don't lift weights

  3. Jog, work on your footwork, drink plenty of water, eat a high protein diet yet don't consume too many carbs. Work on keeping your hands up and throwing punches. Try shadowboxing in the mirror. Learn to always move your feet. As for workouts, you only have four days, so maybe workout for one day; check out bodybuilding.com for exercises, nutrition, and everything else. Google up boxing techniques to work on everything else.

  5. get all fired up on the way over there by listening to Pantera music and show no pity.  Dont even say anything when you get out the car.  Just leave the drivers door open so everyone can hear Pantera cranked up to about 50, rattling the door off the hinge.  Make a bee line over to the guy and drill him right in the ear.
