Question:

Whats the best way to prepare for a fight?

Im fighting this kid at school on friday in front of ppl from my school. (this will be outside of school obviously) Anyway, whats the best way for me to prepare. What kind of excercises, workouts, diets, and boxing techniques should i work on?

Also, everyone expects this kid to win, but i feel that i might have a shot at it; and I just want to stand a chance.

  1. Yea, you’re kind of too late for training n ****. You can try practicing a leg sweep, It doesn’t take much time to learn and nobody ever uses it in a fight

    Ill give you my technique for street fighting. Two actually.

    If hes not too much bigger then you, when you start out the fight rush in at him and c**k your hand back like your going to throw a big haymaker, let him see it, and wait for him to reel back to avoid the punch. It will leave him unbalanced.

    Dont plan on landing the punch, as soon as he leans back go low and take out his legs put your head to his side and your arms behind his knees and lift and tackle down. If your quick enough you can (on the way down) put your hands on his chest and push him to the ground harder and knock his wind out. Then mount him and grab each of his arms with yours, separate his guard and rein down on him with head buts.

    The other one I use is too get your fist up like your going to punch it out, rush in and when you get close enough kick him right in the stomach with the point of your shoe if you can, when he bends over lay the uppercut on him. His stomach should be upset enough that he won’t have much to offer up anyways.   It’s not a kick to the balls; it’s a kick to the mid section so you won’t come out looking like a p***y.

    Some other little things you can do is to cut your nails into jagged tips, so that in the worst case scenario he gets you down, you can dig those nails into his eyes and he will let go. Might blind him to boot.

    You can also put some Vaseline around the tip of your jaw and right under your ear so that his punches slip off.

    The best punch combo to throw would probably be the jab followed by the strait right hand to the tip of his chin. When he wobbles just keep fireing on him till he goes down.

    Remember when someone is getting punched in the face they usually try to defend instead of throwing back. So dont let up if you got him on the go.

    Remember this aint boxing or martial arts, this is a street fight, there’s no rules and anything goes. This guy will probably try and embarrass you and hurt you if he gets the chance. So let the prick have it.

    If hes a bully, hold nothing back just give him everything you got till you cant punch anymore. Turn his face into hamburger if you can.

    Also watch for him to tackle you too, most fights go the ground so make sure your on top.

    Also Bruce Lee there had some good advice, try to fight in sand or grass, if eaither of you go down hard and crack your head it could pretty seriouse. I seen a guy die outside a strip club after falling down and cracking his head on the curb. The bouncer that hit him got 3 years for manslaughter.

Lift some weights, dont' over do it though to make your self ache.  Boxng Techniques are good but if it's a full on fight you need to pay more attention to MMA techniques.  Remember to punch straight don't throw looping punches or arching punches.  If he comes out throwing arching punches throw straight and you will probably knock himout.  Also, there is no such thing as unfair fighting, remember this dude is pretty much trying to kill you. The best defense that catches everyone off guard I fight, are headbutts and forearms to the face. I KO'ed a BIG motherf**king dude at a club with a Headbutt followed by a forearm hit. It was crazy, made my head spin but still worked. Good luck bro.

  6. well i've taken alot of martial arts and i kick box and fight a little bit more than usual...my advice is don't do anything different you can't change anything in such a short time span..what I do before a fight is just get a killer mindset...you have to go out there and want to kill him, hurt him, make him sorry for ever picking a fight with you...go out there and show him not to f*ck with you or you'll tear his head off...good luck buddy

  7. Go to your local store. Buy a crotch protector, a fist brass, and a gloves. Oh you can try to buy a shin pad as well, they might help you deliver a devastating blow. And do not forget, hit your opponent on the jaw, he is a monster if he still can stand up.

  8. Well im 13 years old. i wipped 8 kids this year in school. I think the best way to prepare is to make sher your nuckles are numb..  like make them solid by punching hard stuff. throw elmers glue on them before school friday and  wach them about 30 minutes after finishing the glue.

    2) When you turn up eyeball anyone who looks remotely tasty. Boxers respect this.

    3)Constantly talk about Rocky.

    4)Tell everyone you are a 'badman' who 'wants to rumble with suckers'

    5)Invite your bird along to watch.

One thing is to prepare yourself psychologically for the outcome.  Tell yourself that you should be proud of yourself for doing your best, whether you win or lose.  Of course you want to win, but tell yourself that what is important is that you try.  If you win, try to figure out what you did right.  If you lose, try to figure out what you need to improve so you can win the next one.  And good luck!

  11. fight on the grass so you dont bang your head on concrete.bring an ice pack and a wet towel.learn how to talk your way out of a fight.there will always be someone tougher than you.

    1. Know your enemy

      If he is bigger and stronger than you, its better to use your intellect to avoid the fight

    Even he is of same shape as you, avoid the fight coz broken teeth take long time to heal :)

    If he is weaker than you, you need not worry at all.

        Practice running

  16. Too late 4 any diets or workouts just have a few beers before the fight that way you will feel like you can take the world on !

    And the first thing to do in any fight is scream as loud as you can this will disorientate him, put  him off guard allowing you time for that all important 1st punch and make sure you make it a good one (top of nose make's the eyes fill up giving you even more of an advantage)

  17. eat 15 tacos, 7 milkshakes, play xbox for 7 hours drink a ton of energy drinks and you should be good
