Whats the best way to send a large pdf file?

My file is 23.7 mb, so it wont send via email. Whats the best way to send this without burning it to a disk? (I am currently 800 miles from the person it needs to go to)

Hotmail allows over a gig of space for files.  You can sign up for it as msn.com.
