Whats the best way to start running?

I started before and injured a tendon below my knee!

  1. 1.  Invest in a good pair of shoes

    2.  Since you have had issues before, stretch before and after you runs

    3.  Start out slow and walk when necessary

    4.  Gradually increase your mileage....don't overdo it early

    5.  Don't make running a chore, make it an adventure,...change your routes daily and soak in what is around you


  2. Warm up those legs and knees first. Make sure your shoes are supportive, and fit you right. Start slow, go faster, cool down.
