if you just apply moisturizer to your eyelid before you put on your eye makeup up it causes the color to stay on all day. I use Clean and Clear morning burst.

Why put eye makeup on in the first place? I would suggest that it not be used,and that will stop the smudge no problem.I'm sure you will look fine without it.
