  1. Trial by fire is always the best way.  Even if you have started to take classes in your home country, it is always best to do an immersion experience and sign up for language classes in the other country.  Many of these immersion language programs also give you the option to stay with host families which further exposes you to the language and culture.

    Good luck!

  2. The best way (in my opinion) to study foreign languages is to make it fun. I'm currently learning Japanese and have to study a lot. Try  studying in a group, creating flash cards, or putting your notes to music. As weird as it sounds, putting things to music makes them easier to learn for me.

Also, to get used to hearing the language fluently, try watching television or listening to music in the language that your learning!

  3. The best way is to live in a country that uses the language you want to study as their native language. NOTHING beats being surrounded 24/7 by a language you are trying to learn! Difficult? Yes... but worth it!

  4. Find a wise man to teach you the ways of words and cultures of the foreign you want to have learn. Also martial arts. Visit Internet.

  5. To learn any language you must first have an interest towards that language.. if you really are interested then its very easy.. u need to learn the common words used while speaking .. then hear speeches in that language and so on.

  6. The best way to study a foreign language is to, first study in your home country. Then whatever language you are taking up visit that country, force yourself to interact with the people using that language. Its really the best way to learn, helps with accents, and just general understanding and becoming fluent

  7. Hello,

At least 8 hours of classes a week that drill you hard in grammar, lots of home work and written assignments in order to retain information and build vocabulary and lots of exposure in the culture for conversational practise. I did this with Spanish, learnt fairly quickly but put in a minimum of four to five hours a day over a 18 month period.

    Cheers,

    Michael Kelly

  8. Take classes with a native speaker so you become proficient enough to survive, then move to the country that speaks that language.
