Whats the best way to tell the difference between sport bikes?

I was on bikepics.com looking at the top four and some......and they all started to look the same!!! I was going nuts!!!

  1. Look at the brand name, and the graphics on the side.  They all want to you to distinguish their bike from all the rest. so there are hints.

    Paint coplors and trademarks: Only Kawasaki uses that retina searing green, but not on all their bikes, Yamaha has a predisposition toward yellow, and the 3 tuning forks Trademark. Honda has the red single WING trademark, and Suzuki paints a lot of their bikes in BLUE and White Stripes, but not all.  

    So look carefully.

    They'd be very disappointed if they knew you had said you could not pick theirs out of the crowd.


  2. headlights. Any real rider can look at the headlights and tell what bike it is.

  3. Go to the manufacturer's sites and look at the pics. Quite a few of the supersport bikes do look similar, so it comes down to recognizing (for example) the lights or tail section or badges. Honda tends to use the wing logo on everything, GSXRs use similar slash/tribal art and YZFs are fairly plain in their paint schemes.
