Whats the best way to try claim back my holiday money

we went to a haven park in fleetwood and it was truly a miserable camp it was not a good holiday there apart from blackpool bein 5mins away but we were that unimpressed we would like to claim our money back any ideas how i do this

Did you complain to anybody while you were there?

Did you take any photos of what was bad about it? Could you *prove* it was a terrible holiday?

If not then you might have a hard time getting your money back, but contact them and see what they say.

Ask the park for your money back, if they say no, tell them your going to BBC 'watchdog'
