  1. The easiest and most cost effective tooth whitening methods is using a soap bar (preferably containing glycerol), apply it to tooth brush and add half of a teaspoon of baking soda with a sprinkle of salt.  Not sure what kind of results your looking for, but you will definitely notice a difference in two weeks.

  2. this may sound weird.. but baking soda.

You can mix baking soda and water to create a paste and use that as toothpaste, or just get toothbrush wet and dip in baking soda and scrub alot!

    It really works.

  3. Well... Um That Is Why Toothbrush & Paste Exist. If You Brush Twice Or More A Day, Floss, And Use Mouthwash. Your Teeth Will Get Whiter. Non-Fluoride Toothpaste Helps Even More, And In Fact Healthier... And They Are Whiting Mouthwash. And Now There Are Tooth Brush With Floss Action, They help ALOT!! So You Can Actually Skip Your Floss Session.... Hope This Help. And Good Luck!

I'm an American but i found this on an Australian website.  I did get this product at a dollar store and it works perfectly! My mom has seen a big difference and so have many other people. Hopefully you can get it!

  5. Get Hydrogen Peroxide mix it with baking soda and some salt (to make it harsh). it should be like a paste. then rub it on your teeth by a tooth brush or just your fingers. ALL of the tooth whitening stuff in the market are nothing but some fancy name for hydrogen peroxide. Congrats on your wedding may your new life last a life time:)

  6. Toothbrush & paste?

  7. Brush them!
