Question:

Whats the best way to work out using free weights

I'm naturaly faily stocky yet I have hardly any muscle deffanition. I have just recently treated myself to some weights but, I don't know whats the best way to work out. I don't want to look like Arnie. I just want to tone up a bit without loosin weight. I play football 3 times a week so i'm faily fit and therefore I don't have to work on my legs. I also don't want to spend all my time workin out, just 20 mins a day maybe. Can anyone help?

  1. i recommend you an excercise a friend told me at the gym...he calls it the  "21",you take a bar that you can handle (you already know how much weight you can lift by once,but preferably use a bar with even less weight than that,cause youre gonna get tired,believe me) and then you start lifting the weight from your thighs until you reach your stomach,you stop it there,and do seven of those ones,and without resting,you do another seven from your stomach to your chest,and after that one,you do another seven,but from thighs to chest...you do 5 series of that one,and it will be really good for your arms,chest and back...
