Whats the best web site hosting script?

im starting up my new site and i would like users to be able to host their own subdomain on my site all i really need is a script that can be installed easy that has a website builder in it that has subdomain support and is cheap or FREE :D im hosting with http://www.cirtexhosting.com/

Scripts (free / cheap ones) are unsafe and out dated, you will need a dedicated server for your host on top of your domain.

I would advise you use http://myownfreehost.net/ just add your domain and there you go, you can customize your homepage and be up and running in half hour.

There is no website builder but hey its free
