videojug.com has more professional tutorials. But if you just want tutorials from normal people like yourself (which I prefer actually) then youtube is best.

youtube has good ones, just look up the type of style your going for and stuff will pop up. wikihow is also helpful!

if you want to do a virtual makeover on yourself just go to www.seventeen.com  and if you dont already have an account make one, go to the makeup bar on top hit salon, then upload your picture an start trying on makeup, but if you want to see how to apply makeup go to youtube
