Whats the best white eyeliner 4 waterline?

i'm looking for a good one to put on the waterline to make my eyes look bigger, but my first try seemed to smudge or get in my eye.

For my waterline, the best pencil eyeliner I've found is some cheapo stuff they sell by the cash registers at Sally Beauty Supply. I don't remember the exact brand but the outside label is the same color as the eyeliner and it's got gold lettering on it. I think it's called Beauty something-or-other. It's really inexpensive and I'm a die-hard fan of it.

have you ever been to walgreens and looked at Jordana

eyeliner? its about 1.99 per eyeliner and it comes in MANY colors.

and no need to sharpen anymore, and it has been safe to use in mine.

Sephora brand has a great white eyeliner. It glides on smooth and stays on all day.

Don't use a super-sharp pencil. Dull it a little before you trace along the inside of your eye. Obviously that saves you from painful eye gouging, but it helps it glide on without smudging or breaking off into your lower lashes.
