Whats the best workout to get in shape for volleyball ... three days away!!!??????!!!!!!!!?

I have three days to get ready... How can I get prepared that fast????!!!!???? I really need to practice running too... So yeah... PLEASE help and FAST!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE and THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. stretching maybe and some lunges nd a lot of practice..but you still have to rest also to be in good shape..:))


  2. Kyle has a great answer.  Unfortunately, you do not have time to change your physical shape enough to show.  

    You can also work out in the pool.  Get about chest deep in the water and work on your jump.  This will soften your landing and save your knees and ankles from repeated jumps.  The water will add resistance to your jumps.

    As Kyle said, practice your touches.  You may be able to make the team by your volleyball ability.  And then, you can get in shape.

  3. you probably should've starting training at least a month ago.  practice your sprints.  get a bench at least a foot off the floor and practice your jumps, having your knees come up to your chest every time.  some agility footwork will also help.  good luck.

  4. ... There's not enough time now. I would simply start right now getting into shape, and try the best you can to keep up with the other players.

  5. Unfortunately, you don't have time to change your muscles, that takes 6 weeks.  Your best bet is to do two days of plyometrics training (in sand if possible), then take the day before your tryout off.  Your legs will need the rest.

    However, with so few days, you will have greater success improving your volleyball touch in three days than you will at increasing your strength.  If you haven't played in a while, spend the next three days touching a ball as often as possible.  Play, drill, pepper, anything.  Your coach will be pleased with your touch on the ball more than your conditioning at this point.

  6. If ur old enough, jojjing,runing,sprints,jumping jacks, cherry pikers, and some other stuff! Good Luck!

  7. Well, you aren't going to be in shape that you should be in time, but there a few things to help. Go for long runs and do leg lifts. This will give you speed.

  8. to exercise ur legs do hurdles left & rigt n toe toeches  ye there cheerleadin jumps but it helps
