Currently? Pretty sure it's Yankee Stadium.

Next year, after Yankee I closes and Yankee II opens, the largest by seating capacity in the major leagues will be Dodger Stadium (mainly because the A's and Marlins don't bother selling their upper decks; fully seated, either would slightly top Dodger).

if you mean by capacity i think its LA but if you by measurements of the fences it might be Coors

Many are on the right track; the largest is indeed a stadium in New York that will close after the 2008 season, but it's not Yankee Stadium!

Believe it or not, Shea Stadium has Major League Baseball's largest seating capacity at 57,365 seats.

Yankee Stadium is the American League's largest at 56,936 seats.

Those are the numbers contained in Major League Baseball's 2008 National League Green Book and 2008 American League Red Book.

Capacities can change from time to time, seats are added, playoffs change things.  Heck, Fenway Park has a "Day" and "Night" capacity listed!  Nothing's written in stone, but these numbers are at least what's written in ink.

As for the new parks, each new stadium in New York will have a smaller capacity than the current one.  The new Yankee Stadium won't have as much of a decrease as the Mets' Citi Field, though.

Dolphin Stadium is the largest. The only reason why the seating capacity is 36,000 is because they've closed out the upper deck in the outfield. This is why in the post season should the Marlins be in the post season, the entire upper deck opens which makes the seating capacity over 60,000 not to mention an enormous outfield, many gaps.
