Finding out my dad had been having an affair with the neighbour, I didn't even think my parents had s*x with each other any more never mind anyone else (YUK).

When I beat over a thousand other people to get my job. I was so gobsmacked...when they called me to tell me I said..."I'm absolutley thrilled" and then afterwards the guy told me that they'd recorded the phone call for a radio show! When I heard myelf I sounded awful! I sounded totally UN thrilled! Weird!

Finding out like a month down the line in my relationship that I was pregnant.  I miscarried, but we got married and are still together till this day..

My biggest surprise would have to be being mugged in a Wendy's parking lot. I certainly wasn't expecting it.

The biggest surprise I had was at the end of an army exercise in the middle of nowhere in scotland when all the guys had got together and organised a surprise 21st birthday party for me with champagne, karaoke a disco and a plethora of gifts. caught me completely by surprise. a perfect end to a hard and wet week of training.

Having four children!  I was treated for infertility for 4 years, when I finally got pregnant with my oldest.  People asked me if we planned to have more after that, and I was like "What?  I was lucky to get this one!  I hope to have more, but it probably won't ever happen again."  So we tried a few years later and had our 2nd son, then a couple years after that we tried for a girl, and had boy/girl twins!  Whew.  How blessed we were!

When my ex told me the kid she aborted was really mine, and she told me to "Go to h**l, and tell your kid i said hi"... Thats when i realized that people can really be evil...
