what is the calling code from a house phone in america to a house phone in the Uk?

0044 - I think that's the international code from anywhere to UK.......

if he has a calling card then he needs to call the access-number for UK...! Every country you call from a calling-card has a toll free access number....only if you dial direct from his house its 011+44+city-code and number...!

my toll free access number is still a US number1-800-315-9339

but if I call from UK to USA I use 08004047784, which is also a toll free UK number!!

* 44, where * is the america code to dial outside america, and 44 is the UK. Oh, and you need to drop the leading "0"
