id say the chaces are good at best. apple may or may not release a new ipod touch in the fall. so i think that the price may get dropped. i doubt they would put a hard drive in it (which is the only cost friendly way to get 80GB right now, flash memory is expensive and doesnt go up that high for now) but they may. so i would wait till fall. you will know then.
