Whats the chance of getting a job for a person without a degree?

It all depends. If you do not have a degree, anywhere you go you will have to start at the bottom and work your way up! I work in the hospitality industry, for Marriott. AWESOME company! Anyways, I started out as a Front Desk Agent and have worked my way to AGM soon to be an Operations Managers. 5 years with tthe company and I am 24! Starting out at the bottom of a company and climbing the ladder is your best bet with no degree. With Marriott, they are always willing to train and would take someone with minimal experience and X# of years with the company over someone with a degree, no experience and no years with the company. Its all how you push!

Easy. You just won't make that much money starting off, unless you have critical skill, e.g. underwater welding. You can always join the military and make money. The National Guard will pay you to go school. These are just some ideas.
