I am 14 years old going into my sophmore year... My coach had me as the opening day starter for my school my fastball ranges from 60-65 but after this year I am hoping to get it 70-75 after working out I work all winter on pitching with the heavy balls and I am losing weight I have a 12-6 curveball around 50-55 mph and a slider that is around 55-60 and also a changeup 40-45 and no i do not telegraph it and I also throw a ephus 20-35 mph depending on how hard I snap my wrist I change speeds and keep batters off gaurd but my fastball is good enough to keep them honest.... here are my stats

Highschool

2-1 3.12ERA 91K's 42IP ( A lot of no decisions )

Hotstove

7-2 2.42ERA 103K's 47IP

  1. Your chances could be higher but they could be lower. I'm 11 and i throw 50-55

  2. Just keep on working on your velocity and deceptiveness, and you should be ok.

  3. Impressive keep it up and you'll have scouts watching you soon.  But you should lay off the 12-6 curve you're young and if you keep throwing those when you're still growing you'll have arm trouble and you might do too much damage to your arm too throw like you can now
