well like me your going to need food its in the wild it has all these runes in it castles called chaos castle or something but be careful revs hang out there so i recommend being lvl 40+

buy a mud staff (1.9m) and loads and lods of body runes

now wear the best armour you can that will put your magic bonus as LOW as you can (something like full addy or rune)

now if u cast the curse spell (level 19) on a monster with high magic bonus (like a dragon) the spell should fail but u still get the full 29.5xp for doing the spell.

Sometimes you can get this to work on level 2 goblins and men.

If you dont have a mud staff (1.9M ish) then use a earth or water staff but you will have to buy other runes aswell to perform the spell

(in other words if you use a water staff you will have to buy body runes and earth runes)

(if you use an earth staff you will have to buy body runes and water runes)

using just a staff of air and mind or body runbes, u can use the low level spells to trian, thats the cheapest way.

Depends what level you are?

I Buy loads of Law runes  and have a varrock or lubridge teleport party.

If your level is quite low you can buy/ craft air runes (if possible) if not there only 15Gp from varrock mage store or you should most properbly just buy a Air staff.....Fire staff.....water staff....Earth staff... and buy loads of mind runes><
