Whats the cheapest cell phone plan?

I want to get a phone but I dont want to spend too much a month as i wont be using it too much. I'm considering the rogers pay as you go $10 cards (40c a minute) but if theres cheaper options then please let me know!

yeah pay as you go is the best bet for the cheapest plan

If you have Grandparents ask them to get the Senior Citizens deal and pay them back when the bill comes.
