  1. Toronto has direct flights to Halifax, Windsor does not...

    Toronto's MUCH cheaper.

    You can also find cheap flights from Hamilton (Westjet).


  2. WestJet has a seat sale going right now. If you fly before September 30, 2008, it's $99 from Toronto to Halifax. It's $59 ($133 including taxes) from Hamilton to Halifax. Check their site for details.
