  1. They are how large?

    How many doors?

    How many windows?

    How many lights?

    How many Recp?

    What flooring Material?

  2. stud every 16"

1/2" sheetrock, some people call it plasterboard, 4x8

  3. Get a Pole in.

  4. Plasterboard,4"x2" timber, screws or nails. Scrim & plaster to fill joints & holes

  5. see if a home or a garage is being ripped down in your area.... see if you can "recover " any of the 2x4's this will save you a load of money!!!

  6. Plasterboard will probably be the cheapest. Not sure how you'd go about it but surely it can't be that hard? Good luck!

  7. 1X2's filled with anything (insulation, newspaper, etc.) to deaden the sound between room that will be caused by the cheaper, thinner construction. Then cover with paneling. The paneling is more expensive than drywall but will eliminate the need to pay for finishing the drywall.

  8. 1x2s' and sheetrock both sides.

  9. just standard plasterboard, its about £5 a sheet, and the dowls are about £3 as well,.

your prob need 10 plaster boards, and 20 dowls
