u have to call 0030 before the number for international calls to Greece

If you are calling from a European Country then dial:

0030 or +30 and the number you wish to call

for the rest..

Well, I don't know where u are calling from...... but in US you have to start with 011.  (I don't know what you have to dial first for international calls from Europe.)

Then you must dial the country code, which is 30.

After that, dial your friend's number.
