More less, the title, what are the body nerves made out of exactly?

  1. Well like all other cells, they have a cell membrane and a cytoplasm. It has an extended "tail" called an axon and ones that recieve the signal called dendrites. It has an excessive number of sodium potassium pumps and ion channels. covering bits of the axon are shwan cells making up the mylean sheath with is mostly fat. that is about it.
