Im going back to school tomorow and they're inforcing a new hair rule. It must be 2inches from the eyebrow, over the ear, and above the collar in the back. What i want to say is that schools need to stop worryng about hair and start doing what we go there to do Learn!!!!

They hired football coaches as teachers. This too ticks me off. They spend alot of our money on FOOTBAll and little on books and our education. We're a private 1-A school

  1. Nothing new here . When I was in private school ... way back in the 60's, I was suspended because my hair was too long . Private schools can make their own rules (within the law) ... You either need to learn to live with it or transfer to public school where the rules are much more lax.  Football coaches ARE licensed teachers .

The schools thinking is that they are teaching you to conform , so that you will fit into the job market.

        I disagree , but my vote doesn't count .

  2. Weird hairstyles are distracting and they indicate certain attitudes. If you go to a private school, they can make any rules they want. If you don't like their policies, transfer to a public school or another private school.

  3. Oh didn't you know? Schools aren't about education. They're about making silly rules to try and force you to be something you're not, just in case someone might be offended by how you look. Once you get out of school you'll see how absolutely ridiculous it really is. Even more than now. Trust me, public school is worse, just in different ways. I had a math teacher once, who was a football coach, and his aide was also a football coach, and all they did was give us unrelated math ditto's and sit at the chalkboard for the whole hour planning out football plays. rofl. yay for tax dollars at work!

Edit: I just remembered. They also had a really silly rule about nobody being able towear flipflops in school anymore, and what ended up happening is half the school resisted t, and came to school on the same day withflpflops, and we all protested, and although alot of people originally got suspended, they saw that theycouldn't control 600+ students all at once and they dropped the rule. Get an orginized plan going and have alot of other people who don't like the hair rule to come together, and all grow your hair out until they change it.

  4. i think thats retarded and why do the schools care what hair length your hair is... you should complain lol
