A city consisting of a 124 story building when i was a kid and 12 by 20 ' room of them as a city with a down town and suburbs .. sadly my house also burnt down about 5 year after i had finshed it

Probably "Skeleton Guy" -- basically, he's just a standard skeleton figure with a purple anime-style hair piece from an "Exo-Force" set...:

When my son and I play with our Legos (he's 5), Skeleton Guy is always the villain in whatever story we make up, and he always comes up with some insane plot for taking over the world.  He has a magic sword called "Ex-skull-ibur", and will dress up in various disguises, but my son (and his Lego superheroes) always see through the ruse and defeat Skeleton Guy -- usually by pulling his limbs off or locking him in a special prison he built...
