If you're planing to buy the iPhone from DE and use it in another country then just drop it. That is a bad idea with almost any phone for localisation and warranty/support reasons but with the iPhone being locked in the networks this means that all you can get is an iBrick which, no offence, you don't sound like being able to handle (unlock, manage software update locks, jailbreak)
