  1. There is no such thing as solar hijri. The classic hijri calender is a lunar calendar counting the time since the migration of Mohammed to Medira (Hegira in latin, Hijra in arabian). There is not even a true official hijri calendar at all, but many countries agreed to a defacto standard.

    As it is a lunar calendar, one year has only 354 days, additionally, the many ways of accounting it (for example there is no standard for the length of one month) make it harder to convert historic dates. Also, other than the early lunar calendars, it dropped the 13th month used for synchronizing the calendar to the seasons.

    Something like a solar hijri calendar would have to count the solar years since July 16, 622 (the official beginning of the Islamic year, though the actual event happened later), either by Gregorian or Julian counting.

    As there is no definition, there is also no program for converting, but you can use any Gregorian calendar calculator for getting the number of days since 1 AH.
