Whats the deal with one month contacts?

Can you really leave them in and not worry about them for a whole month?

No. You have to take them out and store them in a contact case at night. And at the end of the month, you throw them away and open a fresh pack. :)

wearing your contacts all night or longer than you're supposed to (over 1 month) can seriously injure your eyes and cause blindness. A women came into my store once and said her niece went blind for 3 months because she left her contacts in.

well it depends on which kinds. monthly that are called night & days: yes you can leave them in,. but its better to take them out. any other brand you usually can't. but my personal opinion is that dailys are better. i used to wear monthlys but after about 2 wks they start to sting and stuff no matter how much you clean them.
