Whats the deal with petticoating?

i came across this online and with some stories were a boy made dress up like a girl for punishment and a couple times permanently and only have boys clothes for school until a few months later the were drop out of school to where dresses and stuff full time and I'm thinking you just ruined our sons life and education for something stupid and selfish so m question is is this real and why support it?

Turn the tables. While petticoating may seem like legitimate punishment, when it is utilized, it seems only to be applied by a group of women/girls, against a single male subject - usually a boy. To force that boy, in front of your female friends, daughters, etc., to strip and be re-dressed in girls clothing, should shame those ladies. Does this action make the group of women feel better? How would society handle this situation if the roles were reversed? A group of men stripping a girl and proceeding to re-dress her in clothing that meets their satisfaction. I assure you that those men wouldn’t get away with this sick behavior, and would probably be prosecuted and tagged as s*x offenders. Unless there’s a double standard, any girls or women who do this to boys should also be prosecuted and labeled in the same fashion.
  While some boys may misbehave, girls aren’t innocent – read the stories. Really, it’s a question of whether the mother just lacks the patience or skill to discipline her son, or seek help to get his behavior in line. Try a male role model. The fact that many of these stories follow the same theme – a separated, widowed, divorced mother who can’t handler her son, therefore seeks assistance from daughters and friends to humiliate – makes you wonder if they are true.

Not only is it nearly extinct but in many jurisdictions forcing a kid to cross-dress on an ongoing basis will get you arrested for child abuse, on the grounds that it's bad for the boy's psyche.

Whether it's really good or bad for the kid doesn't matter, seeing his mom arrested will severely disrupt the family power structure and that itself is abusive.  If you live in such an area you owe it to your family to not rock the boat.

A lot of mothers, sisters, girlfriends, keep doing petticoating, for fun or punishment,or both, in my house we are  3 girls and 1 boy, we dressed him many times like a sweet young lady, one time we do a party with my mom friends and our friends, and my brother, first we take off all his clothes, completly naked infront of all the females, then we dressed in diffrerents girls outfits, with panties, corset, stockings etc, and he did a great fashion show, it was very fun.
Nowafter that, each month, we do a fashion show with the brothers of our friends dressed like girls, from toes to head, they saw beautifull and petticoating is very fun.
