i heard that people have been trying to figure out the end of Pi but so far people have not still reached close to the end some people say finding the end to Pi will solve alot of answers because our math isn't 100% correct.

  1. pi is an irrational number meaning it cannot be represented as the ratio of two integers. When written as a decimal it continues without end and without repeating in a pattern.

Computers have been used to compute pi to trillions of digits. However, there isn't much need to get to that level of precision. Most scientists/mathematicians are content to use an approximation like 3.141592653 rather than going out further. And in school, most children are taught to use 3.14 or 22/7 as appoximations.

  2. There is no way the end of Pi could ever be reached, it's infinite. You can never fit a straight line into a circle exactly, only approximation is possible.

  3. Pi is an "irrational number," (symbolized by R with a double bar on the left stroke, and a line above it). That means it's a real number but can't be expressed in the form of a fraction. In other words, it has no ending, nor can it be expressed in a fraction composed of rational numbers.

It is mathematically possible to prove this fact.

  4. Pi is never ending. It is first categorized as a real number, then as an irrational number. It just keeps going with out any repition and that's how it is. I don't understand whythey have it or how they found it but it is there.

  5. not at all true.

pi is available to a trillion decimal places.

there is no end, it goes on forever.

Arithmetic calculations are never 100% accurate, but with computers, we can calculate results to the accuracy needed. The value of pi is never a limit to those calculations, as it is known much more accurately than any possible need.

    .

  6. pi is a never ending number...we basically use 3.14 or 22/7 in its place so we don't have to write it all out...i would leave that to the mathematicians :-)
