  1. Suspension implies that your account still exists...they have put it on hold in order to clear up an issue.  Termination means that your account is closed and is gone permanently.  Depending on the issue that caused the suspension, you might get it back.


  2. Suspension is temporary, termination is permanent.

  3. Nothing. It's just different wording. But they both mean your account is gone forever.
