Whats the differant between yahoo 360 and yahooanswers?

I don't have a 360,so what is it a about and what can you do on it?

Yahoo answers:

Yahoo! answers (Y/A!) is a place where you can answer questions, giving people advise, and you can also ask questions getting the help you need if you ask.

its a personal homepage/profile, you can upload photos, blog, tell people what things you like, gather friends there, like my space kinda
