Whats the difference between Pimms No1 cup & Pimms?

I have 3 bots of Pimms No1 cup & have been out to buy more for my daughters wedding reception, but in the shop they only have Pimms. Is there any difference & is the plain Pimms an inferior one ?

I don't think there is just a plain Pimms, I think they all have numbers (there are 6 officially).  Are you sure it desn't have No1 cup written somewhere very small?

No 1 cup is the most commonly drunk and popular of all the Pimms varieties, so I would expect that's what it is.

The different numbers are based on different spirits (gin, brandy, whisky etc), No1 is GIN based so if in doubt check the ingredients list on the back and you'll know for sure!
