  1. i think you might mean Rugby League, which is similar, but still very different to American Football

but it's not Australian Rugby, as both codes of Rugby (Union and League) were created in England.

here are the laws of Rugby League ... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_le...

  2. well there is alot  more kicking in australian rugby

  3. rugby and rugby league, Australia rugby as you call it, were once the same sport played in England, around 1900 there was an argument between the clubs about becoming professional, the more upper class southern English clubs suspended the northern working class clubs who then started up there own league rugby-league, and with time the rules have grown apart

interestingly the game spread to aust new zealand France and the divide between the codes still exists as does the class system with rugby players often coming from expensive private schools.

the rugby league you was probably the nrl the national rugby league competition of Australia and NZ   www.nrl.com.au

  4. There's no such sport as Australian Rugby, I'm afraid - what do you mean? Australian Rules Football or Rugby League? I'm guessing that you mean Rugby League, cause Aussie Rules is nothing like Rugby...

    Clarify please.
