  1. one is for ps2 and one is for ps3


  2. the graphics are better for the ps3. gameplay is about the same  

  3. the graphics and style of play, and from my experience there are different courses between the two systems, and usually the ps2 has better gameplay, and the ps3 with better graphics and real effects.
