  1. that a 32 bit OS only handles up to 4GB of RAM and a 64 bit OS handles up to TB of RAM

and some drivers are not supported on 64 bit OS as for 32 bit they are

and the image is more powerfull on a 64 bit and therefore you need a stronger processor and more RAM for a 64 bit OS

  2. 32 bit means maximum 8 bits of code can be executed at ones, while at 62 bit 16 code exected...you can install a lot more than 4gb at 32 bit but 32 , but it is useless at 4 gb of ram because the system dosent support that such of processing.

  3. Basically, the difference between a 32 bit and a 64 bit is that a 64 bit can handle higher math and more complicated processing. You won't really see much of a difference if your just a regular user, but it does matter to large companies that need alot of big computing power. It is true that 32 bit supports less that 4 GB of ram, and you really need more than that to take advantage of the boost the 64 bit provides. Graphics should not be affected since that really depends on your graphics card.

The downside of 64 bit is that alot of vendors don't yet support 64 bit stuff, so you might run into compatibility issues.
