Whats the difference between a Boudoir sham, and regular sham?

I need to buy a sham pillow cover, a plain one with the two inch piece around the perimeter. Its for a regular sized pillow. However, the online store Im buying from doesnt have pic. The price is the same for both types.

I think a boudoir sham is for smaller pillows, not a standard size bed pillow
