Whats the difference between a comic book/ graphic novel and a movie based on it.?

I Sorry im movie obsessed. Also is there nudity in the sin city novels, and was the joker really that evil in the batman comics?

Even though Sin City was for more mature readers, there was no nudity. Few comics that are mainstream have nudity nowadays. Yes, Joker really is that evil in the books. I mean he beat to death the 2nd Robin who was only a young boy, he raped the Commissoner's wife, shot Batgirl in the kneecaps, and did many other terrible things.
