which is better for a bmx bike i ride street and park. i want to know the difference between them and which one is better

  1. A freewheel is a separate assembly that screws onto a hub. The assembly incorporates a gear (lots of gears in the case of a road bike,) and the pawls (that go click when you coast.)

    A cassette is one or more gears that are installed on a freehub. In this system, the hub incorporates the pawls.

    A driver is used in golf, to hit the ball a long way off the tee. Drivers are also used by computers to interface with peripherals such as printers and modems.

    Generally, the cassette/freehub is seen as being better, because it allows the bearings to be spaced further apart and thus allowing the axle to be stronger.
