  1. If a parallel universe exists it would be in a different dimension and it's doubtful that we could ever know for sure.  But, most people believe in God and in what most of us refer to as Heaven and h**l.  Heaven, in most cultures, is believed to be somewhere beyond the sky and the place of punishment (h**l) down below.

We usually do not refer to this as a parallel universe, but could it not be the same thing?  You cannot prove either one.

  2. I'm not quite sure what you're asking.  We don't know for sure that parallel universes actually exist, and we may never know, since we can't see anything outside our own universe.  There's our solar system, which is inside our galaxy, and then there are other galaxies, all in our own universe.

Any life on another planet, around another star, in our galaxy or any other galaxy, would be considered alien life, also known as extraterrestrial.  We don't know if there's life out there, but we think there's a very good chance that there is.

  3. A parallel universe is just that, another universe in a different dimension, that does not imply it has life organisms, its a theory of Physics and Mathematics, like string theory. Nobody can prove it exists as of today.

Your question is rather odd as it seems to be an unconnected tangled pair of quite bizarre strangelets bundled with the Higgs Boson.

I do hope you understand that simple explanation.
