Whats the difference between a professional dog whistle,silent dog whistle and a multi-prpose dog whistle?

i want the whistle with a very high pitched sound or the one with a sound that humans cant hear and only dogs can hear,but i dont know which one it is?

Tho I can't be certain, I think you are mistaken.  I've followed all things dog all my life and have only heard of the silent whistle.  It can be used by professionals or novices, and for any dog.  That sort of covers everything.
