  1. Residential hauntings are nonexistent things in the home.

Poltergeists are things that don't do anything since they don't exist.

If you think differently, prove it.

  2. A residal haunting is the spirit of an actual person.  Poltergeists are only an entity not a person

  3. residential-ghost stays in one place

    poltergeist-ghost follows the person

  4. Well, a residual haunting is like a memory.  It is an impression left on the land and a poltergeist is an active spirit.  Usually mischievious and intellegent.  At times they can be nonhuman.

  5. UMMMMMMMMM sorry i couldnt be any help

  6. A residual haunting is like a recording that plays itself over and over again.  Like footsteps down a hallway, or clapping and laughing at a theater.  It happened so many times that it imprinted on the area around it.  The same thing is repeated again and again.  You can not communicate with what ever it is.

A poltergeist haunting is very unpredictable.  Things move by themselves.  It can even be violent at times.  It is often caused by something called psychokinesis or PK.  Usually there is a child at the age of puberty in the home and unknowingly causes all the disturbances.

  7. a residential haunting is when a spirit haunts a specific house and a poltergeist haunting is when a spirit haunts a certain person even if they move to a different location.
