  1. population is the main factor. in town there is less population and in city more population is there

  2. size

  3. A city is a corporate town.

The single biggest difference between a town and city, in a town the legislative and executive powers are combined in the Town Council, while in a city the legislative powers are vested in the Common Council and the executive powers in the Mayor.

  4. city>town by population

  5. a city has a much larger population. it also has a bunch of business buildings. a town is lot smaller than a city and it doesnt have any buildings in it. well... it may have a few but not as big as a city's. a town is where all the farmers may live because there arent many big houses.

  6. i thikn a town is smaller, and when i think of a city its with buildingss. but i might be wrong. there practically the same thing.
