Whats the difference between an xbox 360 bought in the US and one bought in Europe?

If I buy a xbox360 in europe can I play US bought games? or the other way around?? What is the main thing to have in mind?

  1. There is no difference between games from Europe and The U.S. However if you bought something from like Japan it would be different and American Games wouldn't work on it.
