Whats the difference between brisbane lions and richmond?

Well they are both in the feline family, the Tigers and the Lions aren't they and I think both teams will do alright this season.  Bradshaw is going so well for Brisbane.  One of the best comebacks of all time when he slotted back into the team and Jonathan Brown is marvellous on his day and Richmond will do plenty to excite their fans too - there is some real talent in that team and I hope Matthew Richardson has a great season.  Dunno who your team is but both of these teams might end up higher up the ladder (unless your team is Hawthorn or Geelong (or :  Go the Swanees!!!).

Oh here's a difference:   The Lions are in Queensland and the Tigers are in Melbourne.  And another difference:  The Lions are more recent Premiership Winners than the Tigers.

And also the Tigers Supporters are more colourful in their zest for the great game.

Richmond are yellow and black and called the Tigers and Brisbane are maroon, gold, blue and white (I think) and are called the Lions in honour of Fitzroy who merged with the Brisbane Bears in the early nineties.
