The Difference does NOT matter. They are both HORRIBLE for your health. Do not consume products that contain either.

the one that is high fructose corn syrup has a lot of fructose in it and the corn syrup doesn't have any fructose in it!!!

high fructose is higher in fructose

High fructose corn syrup contains more fructose than corn syrup, and is therefore more sugary. It's not as good for you as corn syrup. Hope this helps! =)
