  1. They are all different packeges they all include different things

  2. E,D,H,L   so if you are making a project car get a Z

  3. ex...sohc 1.6 vtec, power doors/windows, power mirors, moonroof, cruise control, 127 hp

dx...sohc 1.6 non vtec, manual doors, manual mirors, 106 hp

    hx...sohc 1.6 vtec-e, manual doors, manual mirors, 115hp

lx....sohc 1.6 non vtec, power doors/windows, power mirors, moonroof, cruise control, 106 hp

  4. DX is base trim. The cheapest model with the smallest or weakest engine you can get with the car. It is also the lightest version with no power windows or locks and no alarm or cd player.

LX comes after with more features and bigger wheels and usually a stronger engine.

EX is the best trim for the Honda Civic with power windows and locks, alarm, cd player, and possibly power seats or a sunroof and bigger wheels.

HX is something with the new Civic that runs on pure gas.

  5. get the TOYOTA SEQUOIA my dad has it

  6. They are different trim packages (ie base model, etc) depending on the package you get extra options like power windows, locks, etc

  7. if you are getting a project car and want to replace the motor with a better motor then get a dx.

  8. the ex model has the better engine if you can get it with v-tech

it also has all power options, sun roof, 2 or 4dr

the hx is fuel efficency and designed to save gas.  4dr

the lx is 4 door all power options but no sun roof

and the dx is low model no power options, weak engine and 2 or 4dr

I don't see why anyone would give me a thumbs down. I know Honda's extremely well and there is nothing wrong with my answer. I have owned every model. I only will only drive a Honda

  9. The differences between the Civic trims are mostly what comes available with each. The DX is the most basic, with no power windows, etc. The engines & transmissions available in each also differ with the trim.

    CX - D16Y7 w/ 5-sp. m/t or 4-sp. a/t (longer gears than DX, EX, LX & Si)

    DX - D16Y7 w/ 5-sp. m/t or 4-sp. a/t

    EX - D16Y8 w/ 5-sp. m/t or 4-sp. a/t

    HX - D16Y5 w/ 5-sp m/t or CVT w/ D (normal), S (sports), L (low)

    LX - D16Y7 w/ 5-sp. m/t or 4-sp. a/t
